The deals of the products offered in our WEB will be subjected to availability of their products. In case of unavailability after the order have been placed, we compromise to inform you in short timing when you will receive your order. To exercise your right to withdraw you must follow the steps below:

1. Request a withdraw form within the following 7 days after the 60 days of guarantee.

3. You will have to send your order along with a tracking number to avoid possible loss. (We do not make responsible for shipping charges)
4. Once received and checked the status of the product, we proceed to refund your money.

The refund conditions will be effective if you:

• Have made only one purchase
• Sends (Along with the withdraw form) all the products you bought (Full or empty) to the following address: NATURAL LOGISTICS, Calle Ana Mariscal 5, Pozuelo de Alarcon, 28223 ESPAÑA
• Additionally you must:
• Print the “Money back” form and include it in the package you will send.
• Include your IBAN and SWIFT number (In case you paid with a credit card). It is an international transaction that couldn’t be made without the proper information). If you have doubts consult your bank. The forms that don’t contain this information will be automatically discarded and your money withdraw will be cancelled.

You will receive 100% of the amount paid for the product (excluding shipping)

In case you are not satisfied with the results you can obtain the fund of your payment when you:

• Have made only one purchase
• Have used the product for 2 consecutive months (In the case of the products named previously)
• Sends (Along with the withdraw form) all the products you bought (Full or empty) to the following address: NATURAL LOGISTICS, Calle Ana Mariscal 5, Pozuelo de Alarcon, 28223 SPAIN

Aditionally you must:

Print the “Money back” form and include it in the package you will send.

Include your IBAN and SWIFT number (In case you paid with a credit card). It is an international transaction that couldn’t be made without the proper information). If you have doubts consult your bank. The forms that don’t contain this information will be automatically discarded and your money withdraw will be cancelled.

You will have to send your order along with a tracking number to avoid possible loss. We do not take responsibility for packages lost by the mail service

You will receive 100% of the amount paid for the product (excluding shipping)

We will confirm the request and you will get the refund of the payment thought paypal, check or wire transfer in the following 14 days after the reception of your withdraw request as long as you have returned the product to us. The right to apply for withdraw will imply the refund of the payment for the product and original shipping charges. You will assume the cost of the products return.

For reasons of health and hygiene, and based in the applicable normative, you cannot request withdraw of cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery.

If at the moment of receiving your order this has any defects, you can request substitution or refund, and subsidiary can be accorded between seller and buyer a discount for the defective product’s price, as it is established In the warranties of consumption goods legislation and other applicable normative.
